Waitlist privacy
When you join the My Chawgee waitlist, we store your email address, phone type (Android, iPhone, both, or another phone), the date you signed up, and any campaign label in the link you used. We use this information to send occasional product and launch updates, understand interest by phone platform, and see which outreach brought people to the site. We also count page visits by date and campaign without storing visitor identifiers in that count.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare to host the website and store waitlist and visit data. We use Resend to maintain the email mailing list, send waitlist updates, and receive messages sent to our support address. Only your email address is shared with Resend for mailing-list purposes; your phone choice remains in our waitlist database.
Email updates
Each waitlist update includes an unsubscribe option managed by Resend. If you unsubscribe, your address is excluded from future mailing-list updates. Joining the waitlist again does not automatically re-subscribe an address that has previously unsubscribed.
Your choice
Joining the waitlist is optional. You can unsubscribe from email updates at any time using the link in an update. You can also request removal of your waitlist information by contacting us at support@mychawgee.com. We do not sell waitlist email addresses.
Scope
This notice covers the website waitlist only. The My Chawgee app will have its own full Privacy Policy before external release.
